Meet Ryan Parrett
I've spent more than 20 years in real estate — most of it working alongside busy agents in Silicon Valley before making Arizona home. Today I'm licensed in both California and Arizona, which means I understand the compliance requirements, market dynamics, and transaction nuances in both states.
What I've learned over those years is that every transaction represents an agent's reputation. A missed deadline, a dropped document, or a communication gap doesn't just slow down a closing — it reflects on you. That's something I take seriously with every file I touch.

Why I Started Aligned TC
