Can I use my retainer for transaction coordination?
Contract-to-Close services are billed separately so your transaction management stays simple and predictable. Retainer time is reserved for administrative, marketing, listing, CRM, and operational support.
What happens if I use all of my monthly hours?
Additional support is available and billed only as needed beyond your monthly hours.
Do unused hours roll over?
No. Your monthly retainer reserves dedicated time in my schedule, so unused hours expire at the end of each billing cycle.
Is there a contract?
No. Retainers are month-to-month and can be canceled before your next billing cycle.
